Disrupt the Status Quo of low engagement in the largest union local in the country and come to E4E’s power-building training.

This is Black History Celebratory Event

Virtually, join the Women of Color Committee to discuss policy needs to elevate the profession for WoC educators in NYC. This meeting will focus on policy recommendations, as well as The Story of Us and The Story of Now as leadership tools for educators.

Join us at our next focus group to work on synthesizing Dr. Melodie Baker's research and relevant sources to concretize our policy recommendations.
